Here at Animalandia, we work hard to find forever homes for the abandoned dogs in our care. Arranging transportation, veterinary care and regulatory compliance, (also known as paperwork) make for some busy days sometimes. Of course, it’s all worth it when we can place an unwanted dog in a good loving home.
Here are some pictures of our recent successful adoptions along with a brief update with the information we have available.
Here’s little Magnus, (black), at his new home in Naniamo, British Columbia with Catie and Dwayne and Monty, (white).What a great picture of Felix with his new best friends! That all the information we have at the moment but we’ll update when we know more.Handsome Lorenzo, (black/tan), was adopted by Jacob and Sara and they all live together in Missoula, Montana.How cute is this? Milo didn’t have to wait very long to find his forever home. Here he is with his new BFF Austin in Loreto Bay.We are super happy about this adoption! Bailey has been with us for a long time and she’s finally found her home in Loreto with dog dad Foster Coburn.Maria was recently adopted by a local Loreto family. Here’s Dad Tatchi and his family.Betty got a new family and a new name. She was adopted by the Britsch family of Portland, Oregon and she’s now known as Bailey.Lola found a forever home in the Seattle, Washington area. We don’t have the family’s names unfortunately but they do look happy together.Lucky little Cabo; who had an injured leg was adopted by Samantha, a vet tech at our last sterilization clinic. They’ve returned to California where he’ll get the care he needs.Fabio found a new home with Deborah Ariss. They will be living a nomadic lifestyle traveling the Baja peninsula in an RV.
Teddy found a new home with dog dad Terry in Chilliwack, British Columbia.George recently traveled to Oak Creek, Colorado to meet up with his new dog dad Mickey.Here’s little Callie! She made her way to Victoria British Columbia and stayed with a foster until she recently found her forever home.Remi seems to have found the good life on Denman Island, British Columbia.Sofia, who is now known as Nina Beana made the very long trip to Vanderhoof, British Columbia to her new home with the Johnson family.Pam Mitchell adopted our little dachshund Sonny. She’s now called Sofi and calls Loreto Bay home.Pancho took an epic adventure to find his way to his new home in Lubbock Texas. His travels took him to Los Angeles then Seattle and finally home to Lubbock and new dog mom Denise.Here’s lucky Elsa with her new dog dad. Bet that bed is way more comfy than what she was used to!Sara was recently adopted by Kimberly Love and Andy Pennell. She’s living the beach life in Loreto Bay and she’s now known as Lola.
Babs has finally found her forever home in Seattle Washington after a short stay with a foster and a false start. She’s home now!Benny, now named Fisher also made the trip to Colorado. Here he is in Steamboat Springs with Cole and a friend.Budda has been playing hard and needs a rest. He’s pictured here at his home in Loreto, BCS where he lives with dog dad Doug Slye.Pablo recently made the trip to Boise Idaho to be with his new dog dad Ben. Thanks to everyone who help get him to his new home.Clarissa recently made the very long trip to Vanderhoof, British Columbia. She’s now known as Taco and she looks right at home with the Legebokoff family.Handsome Loki was adopted pretty quickly by Lenny and Robyn and he’s now living it up in California.Mango was adopted by Wes Johnson and he’s now living it up in Loreto Bay.Vienna (sausage… get it?) was quickly adopted by Taylor and is now at her new home at the Picazón restaurant near Loreto.Here’s Ana with Tanya and Bernice with Lisa at the airport in Seattle, Washington.Winnie hit the jackpot! After delivering and raising 7 puppies she was adopted and now makes her home in Vancouver, British Columbia.Little Ana was adopted by Tanya and she’s now in her new home in Arlington, Washington.Olivia didn’t have far to go to find her new forever home. She’s with her new family right here in Loreto.
